Today I have created a DLO about informal to formal writing. On the first slide, I have an example of a informal writing that I have changed into formal. I then have a letter of complaint to the restaurant that had unhelpful service. This letter shows what I disliked about them, for example, I wouldn't have liked to smell the waiter's odor.
