Today for the first activity for the Summer Learning Journey. For this activity I found 3 fun facts about New Zealand that I didn't really know about. Here are my three fun facts:
1: The Maori name of New Zealand is Aotearoa which means the land of the long white cloud.2. New Zealand was once governed as part of the territory of New South Wales and later a part of Australia.3. Queen Elizabeth II is officially Queen of New Zealand, represented in the country by a Governor General.

ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing post. I love the facts that you have posted. The layout dosent look really good as I was expecting it, but I could still read it. Before I did not know that the Maori name of New Zealand is Land of Long White Cloud. These are interesting fun facts. I enjoyed read it.
